We have performed our first harvest.Cloudy and cold days this week. Daily temperatures ranged between 11°C – 14°C. Overnight temperatures ranged between 1°C - 9°C.
Smaller volumes harvested.
Quality is good.
The seeds that we sowed last week have taken to their new growing environment quite well. The first lot of seeds for the poly houses have also been transplanted and as for the glass houses; we have performed our first harvest. As per any first harvest, volumes are small and we expect our harvesting pattern to be irregular due to the overcast and cold weather.
