New crops are showing promising signs of early development.Mostly overcast days with sporadic rain throughout the week. Daily temperatures ranged between 20°C – 25°C. Overnight temperatures ranged between 13°C - 17°C.
Harvest volumes are good.
Fruit quality is excellent. Fruit size is medium – medium/large. Ripeness is ½ - ¾ colour.
The fluctuating temperatures and conditions from last weekend and this week have been quite the challenge to cope with. We are adjusting our irrigation strategy and managing with the limited sunlight that we have had. The new crops however, are showing promising signs of early development as they have established well in their new environment.
