The cooler weather has helped with fruit quality.
Mostly cloudy days with scattered, yet minimal showers along with milder temperatures. Daily temperatures ranged between 18°C – 25°C. Overnight temperatures ranged between 9°C - 17°C.
Volumes have fallen away and we are on a three day picking cycle.
Quality is exceptional and fruit is now coming in a more backward condition.
The crops are looking very strong and healthy with flowering subsequently being prolific. The cooler weather has helped with fruit quality, but has also slowed down the ripening of the fruit. Next week’s full moon however, may help with increasing harvest volumes but with the forecasted cloud cover, this also may not eventuate.
