Plant productivity has also improved with the growing conditions.Sunny days this week. Daily temperatures ranged between 24°C – 26°C. Overnight temperatures ranged between 14°C - 17°C.
Reasonable volumes harvested.
Quality is good.
The ideal growing conditions have helped improve the quality and size of the fruit. The plants from patches 2-5 are bearing perfect medium size fruit, whereas patch 1 has been producing slightly larger fruit. Plant productivity has also improved with the growing conditions. Quantities will ease up however mid week.
