Cold with sunny days, great quality fruit, maintaining the crops.Cold nights with cool mornings and sunny days, temperature averaging at 7 degrees during the night and 23 during the day.
Harvesting conditions are very good, we managed to obtain a good pick by changing the picking strategy due the cold weather.
Quality of the fruit is great we are picking premium tomatoes the cold weather hasn’t affected the integrity of the fruit.
We are performing the weekly maintenance along with fertilizing the crops and pruning the plants.
