We have another harvest to perform over this weekend.This week we received cold days and cold nights. Daily temperatures ranged between 5°C – 20°C. Overnight temperatures ranged between 2°C - 8°C.
Good numbers harvested.
Quality is holding up well.
We have another harvest to perform over this weekend, where volumes will be substantial. This harvest will be packed throughout the coming week and with this, our 2021 season will be finished. We have also begun the clean up of the old patches and we are currently sowing the cover crops to maintain soil health, structure and fertility.
