Couple of Sunny Days & Cloudy the Rest of the Week.
Weather: Couple of sunny days and cloudy the rest of the week. Overnight temperatures ranged between 3 to 7 degrees. Daily temperatures ranged between 10 to 14 degrees.
Harvest: Small quantities harvested of good quality product. Due to the lack of sunlight and cold weather, the harvest is presenting a larger green tinge than usual.
Quality: N/A
Activity: We have prepared the nursery and sowed the seeds for the 2015-2016 season. We should be back into production again by early October.
