We will be completing the last harvest of these crops next week.Mostly sunny days with showers later in the week. Daily temperatures ranged between 6°C - 14°C. Overnight temperatures ranged between 1°C - 6°C.
Volumes are lower this week and we expect similar numbers next week.
Quality of tomatoes and capsicums is still very good despite the cooler weather.
Operations on the farm have been very busy as of late as we wind down the previous seasons’ capsicum crop. We will be completing the last harvest of these crops next week and we will be cleaning out those houses and preparing for replanting the week after. Tomatoes have slowed right down as the temperatures cool down. We still have a valve of tomatoes that have been planted along with one more that will be going in soon.
