Cloudy mornings with sunny days, Low quantity harvested. Assigned extra resources along the packing line.Cloudy mornings with couple of overcast days towards the end of the week while the rest of the week was sunny. Temperatures are ranging between 9 to 12 degrees overnight and 16 to 23 degrees during the day.
At present we are running through the low harvest cycle. Quantities will start to build up again towards late next week and into mid-March.
Quality is great
This week we assigned extra resources along the packing line due to the quality of the capsicums. Demand for capsicums is high. Green capsicums supply has increased while yellow and red capsicums are in short supply.
