We are managing the weather conditions.Overcast days. Daily temperatures ranged between 4°C – 18°C. Overnight temperatures ranged between 2°C - 10°C.
Numbers harvested this week were slightly better than last week.
Quality is very good.
We are managing the weather conditions by keeping the houses at the right temperature and humidity level, which in turn allows us to achieve better volumes. Next week we are forecasting to harvest similar numbers.
