This week has presented better conditions and much more sunlight for the crops.Mostly sunny days with a small spell of rain. Daily temperatures ranged from 20.4°C - 23°C. Overnight temperatures ranged from 6.3°C - 15°C.
Volumes harvested are slightly down.
Quality of the produce is holding up well.
This week has presented better conditions and much more sunlight for the crops. The maturing process is progressing, yet still slower than what we consider ideal. The low overnight temperatures are indeed presenting challenges as well.
