The crop is looking very healthy.One day with rain & sunny the rest of the week. Overnight temperatures ranged between 7 to 10 degrees. Daily temperatures ranged between 12 to 23 degrees.
Quantities are increasing.
Quality is excellent.
We are expecting to continue to harvest similar numbers until the end of next week. The crop is looking very healthy & flowers setting is still prolific.
