Nutrition management has been our primary focus.Warm, but fluctuating temperatures throughout the week. Daily temperatures ranged between 21°C - 40°C. Overnight temperatures ranged between 12°C - 26°C.
Larger volumes harvested.
The quality of the fruit is excellent. Size is medium – medium/large. Ripeness is ½ - ¾ colour.
We have had consistent heat all week. We were initially concerned that the fruit might be forward in colour, but the plants and fruit have held up extremely well. Nutrition management has been our primary focus to ensure that the plants aren’t over-stressed and it has helped in maintaining our quality.
