Sunny warm days. Started harvesting patch 8.Sunny warm days with few overcast mornings early in the week. Overnight temperatures ranged between 12 to 16 degrees. Daily temperatures ranged between 21 to 28 degrees.
Started harvesting patch 8 today. We have now caught up and are in fact chasing the crop.
Late crops are looking good and fruit set is excellent, which should give us more but smaller fruit.
Hopefully the issue with softness is now behind us. Looking out for the next few weeks, we should have a decent run to the end of this trying season. Late crops are looking good and fruit set is excellent, which should give us more but smaller fruit.
