Sunny warm days with few foggy mornings. Overnight temperatures ranged between 9 to 16 degrees and 24 to 27 degrees during the day.
We have harvested the largest volumes for this season so far.
Fortunately, the quality has been good, but there has been some minor issue with firmness.
We have now caught up with the picking as has the Bowen area in general. The super full moon and the warmer nights, which we experienced last weekend, brought the crops forward hence larger volumes of colour fruit. The overnight temperature has now fallen away which has allowed us to catch up. Quantities have also eased.
